Job Summary
The Brand Management and Marketing Operations Consultant will support the Brand Management and Marketing team in the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, marketing operations, and sales support materials. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining presentations, one-sheets, go-to-market materials, timelines, and operational tools that support licensing, retail, and franchise initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in brand management, licensing, or consumer products, excels in PowerPoint and presentation development, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain templates for one-sheets, go-to-market plans, and brand plans
- Create presentations, pitch decks, and sales support materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate the review, routing, and approval process for marketing and brand materials
- Develop operational tools, timelines, and process documentation to support department workflows
- Maintain brand calendars and track key milestone deliverables
- Collaborate with retail, licensing, and cross-functional teams to support sell-in initiatives
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination activities
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across presentations, templates, and marketing documents
- Assist with trafficking materials, maintaining reference documents, and organizing shared resources
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, licensing, consumer products, or related fields
- Entertainment industry experience preferred; consumer products and licensing experience strongly preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creation of executive-level presentations and development of new templates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to take direction effectively
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deliverables
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required
Work Experience
- Experience supporting brand marketing, licensing, franchise management, or consumer products initiatives required
- Experience creating presentations, sales materials, and operational process documentation required
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and departments preferred
