Primary Purpose:

TheContact CenterProgramManageris responsible fororganizing,directingand leading project management activities for the contact center across all lines of business. The Program Manager is involved in all stages of a project or programinsuringsuccess in the planning, scheduling,implementingand tracking progress.The candidate is also responsible for gaining andmaintaininga deep understanding of operational business processes and requirementsto achieve the desired results.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Westminster, CO.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Leads solutions that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate and track the progress of each project against goals,objectives, approved budgets, and timelines
  • Establish andmaintainstrong partnerships with senior business leaders and their teams
  • Maintaincomprehensive, consistent project planning,documentationand deliverythatshould incorporate timing and materialsthatare tailored to the intended audience.
  • Develop andmaintainan understanding of the processes, goals, requirements,and issues related to Bright Horizons' operational lines of business and supporting systems including how each is used and how the systems integrate to meet business needs.
  • Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep stakeholdersand project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
  • Works with functional area leads toidentifyand evaluate fundamental issues on the project, interpret data on complex issues, make good business decisions toensure solutions are implemented
  • Ensureprocesses andrequirements are thoroughly documented and provided toappropriate participantstoensure that all materials created for communicating and training are carefully tailored to the intended audience.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to senior leaders.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations that are effectively tailored to the intended audience.
  • Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of project management, project coordination, or ownership of initiatives and deliverables
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreepreferred
  • Expertisein planning, implementation, and support of projects and solutions for a smooth introduction
  • Possesses or willing to work towards a Project Management Certification
  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with a variety of user groups ranging from senior executives to entry-level corporate office and contact center employees as well as entry-level employees
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functional team projects, prioritize work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to adjust and alter projects promptly and efficiently based on business needs
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project,VisioandAccess a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external constituents

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000-$76,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
