Steelcase is hiring a Regional Education Manager to drive education business as our learning environment expert within the Virginia market.

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Delivering sales results within higher education and K-12 segments across the assigned territory
  • Presenting Steelcase Learning insights and portfolio to drive brand awareness and product specifications within the A&D and dealer community
  • Developing consultative relationships across education stakeholders to uncover and advance new business opportunities
  • Partnering closely with local dealers to align on go-to-market strategies and co-branded selling efforts
  • Building and executing strategic territory and account plans in collaboration with dealer teams
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on learning environments, trends, and solutions to guide client decisions
  • Coaching dealer sales partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen execution and win complex opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in sales, consulting, or a related client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, long-cycle sales or projects through a distribution or partner model
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations and partner networks
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting, facilitating discussions, and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to develop and execute territory or account strategies aligned to business goals
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in education environments and/or working with A&D partners
  • Knowledge of the local market and existing relationships
  • Ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal, feedback, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
