We are seeking a highly strategic and proven executive to lead our Public Sector Key Pursuits Team. As a leading telecommunications provider, we are at the forefront of delivering next-generation connectivity, 5G, fiber, and unified communications solutions to government and public sector entities. In this critical leadership role, you will direct a high-performing team of approximately 15 people focused on business development, capture management, and complex sales pursuit. You will be responsible for orchestrating the pursuit of large-scale, highly complex, and multi-year public sector opportunities (Federal, State, Local, and Education). The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of government procurement, a track record of winning mega-deals, and the ability to inspire a cross-functional team to achieve exceptional win rates.
