Mail Processing Specialist - Partner

As a Mail Processing Specialist you will be responsible for providing mailroom support for the WEX Health service team. This includes opening/sorting indexing incoming mail, handling outgoing mailings, prepping, scanning and indexing completed documents, managing courier rooms and post office boxes and other duties as assigned. Prior experience with mailing equipment and scanners is desired.

How you'll make an impact:

• Prepping incoming mail for scanning.
• Scan and index incoming mail to be imported into document management system.
• Locate scanned documents in document management systems when needed
• Run and maintain mail equipment such as letter openers, scanners, envelope sealers.
• Prepare outgoing documents for mailing.
• Demonstrates strong customer service abilities through positive interaction with internal team members and external vendors
• Setting up and maintaining existing Post Office boxes.
• Document new processes and update process changes to mail room procedures.

Experience you'll bring

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong typing skills, including alphanumeric and 10-key
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with mailroom equipment including but not limited to envelope sealers, letter openers and scanners.
• Previous experience with document management applications
