General Maintenance Worker (Full Time) - Overland/St. Louis, Missouri Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Worker to join our team in a full-time position supporting operations and maintenance services for a commercial facility. Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week No on-call requirements Competitive wages plus hourly fringe benefits Benefits package included Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repair duties including: Repairing sinks and faucets Door repairs and adjustments Light carpentry work Drywall patching and repairs Preventive maintenance throughout the facility Installing locks, hardware, and related building components Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist with maintaining safe, clean, and properly functioning building systems and common areas Follow all facility safety policies and procedures Qualifications Experience in general building maintenance preferred Working knowledge of: Basic carpentry and drywall repair General plumbing repairs Hand tools and power tools Preventive maintenance practices Knowledge of workplace safety procedures required Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license preferred Additional Requirements Drug screening required Background check required Pay Rate: $25.29 Hourly Fringe for Health and Welfare: $5.09 $1,500 Signing Bonus A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
