Lead HVAC Mechanic (Full Time) - Overland/St. Louis, Missouri Summary: We are seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team in a full-time position providing operations and mechanical maintenance services for commercial facilities. Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week No on-call requirements Wage: $31.32 per hour plus $5.09 hourly fringe benefits Benefits package included Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: Air handlers VAV components Large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment Other HVAC systems and components Assist in maintaining facility operations and mechanical systems Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in: Building maintenance and operations Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair EPA Universal Certification required Ability to obtain NATE Certification within 6 months of hire Valid driver's license required High school diploma or GED required Trade school training preferred, but not required Knowledge of Workplace Safety Procedures Must be competent in HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance procedures Additional Requirements Drug screening required Background check required Pay Rate: $31.32 Hourly Fringe Rate: $5.09 $1,500 Signing Bonus A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
