What do our Service & Contracts Administrators do?

This position necessitates an energetic, self-motivated and meticulous individual to assist with the daily operations of the fast-paced and detail-oriented Service and Contracts departments. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for processing customer contracts as well as a high volume of service orders while ensuring the integrity of the data and meeting month-end deadlines. This position will be responsible for effectively and accurately processing routine and non-routine transactions by drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of the transaction. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies found, as well as maintain and publish standard reports for service operations.

Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Customer Contracts which may include setting up the customer account and service items.
  • Review and post high volume of finished service orders daily ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and prepare billable work invoices.
  • Follow up with all Regional Leaders for timely updates and holding them accountable for completed work by the original expected finish date.
  • Primary point of contact for all contract and service order inquiries and issues via email and phone.
  • May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects.

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of business-related experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must have Excellent Team Spirit, with a great work ethic.
  • Positive and competitive attitude.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
Base Pay RangeHourly: $18.00 - $20.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
