Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Monday - Friday + Some Saturdays | 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (Overtime until 5:00 PM)

Here's what we're looking for.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred
• Experience with warehouse management or transportation systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, stock, and materials
• Check shipments against manifests, bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents
• Process outbound shipping orders and prepare shipping paperwork
• Enter and maintain data within warehouse management systems
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies or inventory variances
• Assist with routing outbound shipments and coordinating pickups with carriers
• Process customer orders and generate labels, manifests, and shipping reports
• Maintain inventory records, shipment logs, and required documentation
• Answer incoming multi-line phone calls and assist visitors, drivers, and vendors
• Support front office administrative functions including filing, distributing mail, and maintaining records
• Assist with labor tracking, payroll entry, and general clerical duties as needed
• Support warehouse operations including cycle counts, stock verification, and organization of materials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
