• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and electronics industry-related equipment
• Prior lead or senior associate experience in an electronics manufacturing setting strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory reporting tools
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform frequent bending and lifting
• U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for stockroom team members
• Assign tasks and adjust priorities to support production demands
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees
• Communicate with production, purchasing, engineering, and project teams regarding material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Use ERP systems and inventory software to track materials and generate reports
• Receive, inspect, store, and organize electronic components and raw materials
• Verify parts, kits, labels, and quantities for accuracy
• Package finished goods according to customer and carrier requirements
• Operate equipment including reel counters, scales, and computers
• Escalate equipment or inventory issues to management as needed
