We are seeking a highly collaborative, knowledgeable and results focused Manager of Financial Reporting for our Woodlands office. This is a hybrid role. Job Summary: The Manager of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for the preparation of company-wide external financial statements and disclosures for SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, as well as xBRL reporting. The role also supports the research and implementation of new accounting pronouncements and provides technical accounting analysis for business transactions and other ad hoc matters. In addition, this position contributes to monthly internal financial reporting activities. The Manager of Financial Reporting interacts with all levels of management and is expected to lead by example through strong technical expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. Responsibilities also include partnering with external auditors, supporting and providing leadership for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities, and assisting with documentation and support related to federal income tax returns.
