Position Title: Vice President- Total Rewards Reporting Manager: Chief People Officer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the oversight of the design, communication and management of compensation programs, (including incentives, executive, reward and recognition) and benefit programs. 2. Implement enterprise compensation programs, practices, processes, and systems; includes company-wide philosophy and guiding principles for pay delivery, job evaluation and market intelligence, salary administration, and sales compensation. 3. Devise and lead the execution of compensation studies, analyses and metrics supporting all functions, including role benchmarking, market competitiveness, and other total rewards programs. 4. Ensure regulatory compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, ADA, EEO, ERISA and other applicable state and federal laws. 5. Ensure the effectiveness of employee benefit programs, policies and guidelines and recommend and implement plan revisions. 6. Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of HRIS platform upgrades as needed. 7. Leads day-to-day operations while utilizing team resources to ensure high touch across Compensation, Wellness and HRIS areas. 8. Establishing team goals, objectives and operating procedures. Ensuring team is continually evaluated, developed and trained in alignment with TDECU's core values. 9. Develop and present dashboards and metrics to Board and Spec Committee. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. M.B.A. or Master's Degree in Analytics, Finance, Operations, HR or a related field highly preferred. SPHR, CEBS, CCP and other human resource certifications are highly desirable. Experience: 10 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation design and benefits and/or additional human resource related professional courses are preferred. Previous exposure to financial institutions a plus. Demonstrated successful implementation of HRIS platforms highly preferred.
