What You'll Do:

The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

* Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision
* Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures
* Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality
* Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed
* Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment
* Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders
* Maintain quality standards and production records
* Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe
* Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members

What We're Looking For:

* Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
* Experience operating machinery and production equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
* One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred

What You May Be Doing:

* Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift
* Lifting and moving up to 40 lbs
* Working flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
* Operating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
