Senior QA Automation Engineer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a Hybrid position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $54.00 - $56.00 per hour, W2.

This role requires a senior-level QA Engineer with strong test automation experience, specifically with Tosca. The successful candidate will operate independently as the sole QA resource on a scrum team, responsible for both functional and automation testing to support delivery. This position involves planning work effort, creating and executing test plans, and providing go/no-go recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery through functional and automation testing
• Identify and plan work effort using test estimation techniques
• Create and execute test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and automation testing
• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, and manage issue/defect reporting
• Maintain metrics and provide go/no-go recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with test automation experience using Tosca
• Ability to operate independently and handle delivery with minimum guidance as the sole QA resource on a scrum team
• Strong understanding of QA&E processing
• Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines
• Must be located in the Twin Cities area for on-site work as needed
