Summary CAE USA is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team dedicated to the execution and growth of one of our high-fidelity training product lines. Our customer committed to use high-fidelity simulation in their upcoming projects and as a result this product line will grow over the next five+ years. This position will have significant customer interface regularly reporting on program performance and status. Projects generally span multiple years and range from design and development to production and sustainment. Success in this role requires extensive knowledge and expertise in large scale project management, scheduling, earned value management, hardware engineering, subcontract and material management as well as cross functional leadership. Further, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost and schedule execution for a geographically dispersed team with multiple partner companies (large and small), as well as managing a customer with extremely high expectations and requirements.
