JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Happy Valley LaunchBox powered by PNC Bank is seeking to hire an intern to assist with operating it's coworking space. This individual will report to the Coworking Manager of the LaunchBox. This is a part-time position responsible for supporting the coworking activities of students, faculty, staff and community members. Job duties will include (but are not limited to) daily walk throughs, maintaining inventory for office supplies and promotional materials, supporting staff in execution of twice monthly coworking meals, assist with maintaining coworking intake form data, creating ad-hoc signage to communicate when parts of the LaunchBox will be closed for special events / meetings and for general event and logistics support. The ideal candidate is someone who is: a self-starter, enjoys meeting and networking with new people, has attention for detail, is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and has an interest in and an appreciation for entrepreneurship.
