Senior SQA Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior SQA Analyst for a hybrid opportunity with a major financial institution. This is a 12+ month contract engagement with opportunities available in Kansas City, Denver, Oklahoma City, Omaha, or Dallas.

Pay range: $49 - $59 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions for business areas and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
• Establish and foster collaborative relationships with customers, service providers, and technical delivery partners
• Develop test scenarios/user acceptance criteria by understanding business drivers to perform an analysis and review of requirement specifications and/or user stories
• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure application products and services meet business needs, quality standards, and end-user/non-functional requirements
• Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the product delivery team
• Ensure quality is built into the software solution throughout the software development lifecycle by performing peer reviews and leveraging relevant quality assurance processes and technologies
• Develop and communicate software quality measures that report the reliability, compliance/accessibility, performance, and security of the software products and services developed
• Work closely with delivery partners to understand and align software quality assurance services with the product delivery approach and schedule

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Experience working in Agile, cloud-based delivery environments with close collaboration alongside application development teams
• Experience in the financial services industry supporting Microsoft .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologies
• Proven experience delivering both manual and automated testing services to ensure the quality of strategic, business-critical applications
• Strong understanding of test automation best practices, with the ability to architect, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain medium- to complex-level automation frameworks and scripts
• Must be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident with a minimum of three years of U.S. residency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Experience working with low-code/no-code development platforms; Appian experience preferred
• Experience with low-code/no-code test automation tools; ACCELQ experience preferred
