JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking an IT Service Continuity Analyst for a 3M Contract opportunity that is 100% remote. The IT Service Continuity Analyst will serve as a key coordinator and operational supporter within the IT Service Continuity and Business Continuity Management program. The IT Service Continuity Analyst will keep the program organized, compliant, and ready by managing documentation, tracking metrics and risks, and preparing materials for governance reviews, audits, and regulatory requests. The IT Service Continuity Analyst will act as a central point of coordination by maintaining work items in Agile tools, supporting the BCM planning platform, and helping gather and document critical information for Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments from across business and IT teams, including recovery objectives, interdependencies, and key risks. The IT Service Continuity Analyst will assist IT teams with building and updating their continuity and recovery plans, delivering training and awareness sessions, coordinating recovery exercises and tests, and capturing lessons learned with follow-up actions. Additionally, during actual incidents, the IT Service Continuity Analyst will be on call to provide documentation support and hands-on assistance under the direction of the program lead.

  • Audit / Compliance Support - Supporting Audit / Regulatory / Governance Activities via Documentation Management / Evidence Collection / Reporting Preparation
  • Documentation / Organizational - Strong Documentation / Process Coordination / Organizational Capabilities with High Attention to Detail
