Assembler / Tester Sr. POSITION SUMMARY: Accurately and efficiently setup and conduct electrodynamic vibration and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) tests on a variety of complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. Works to monitor lab performance and ensures that all test equipment operates at peak efficiency. This role also involves coordinating calibration/maintenance activities and providing training to team members on testing procedures and safe equipment operation. Actively contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Works independently with minimum supervisory guidance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
