Job Overview:

The Procurement Excellence Manager is a highly strategic, hands-on role focused on building analytics, processes, and systems to support a global, digital and AI-enabled procurement organization. This role partners across functions to optimize Source-to-Pay processes, enhance tools and systems, and drive measurable procurement value through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead optimization and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

  • Own procurement performance tracking, analytics, and value realization reporting

  • Drive implementation and enhancement of procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve adoption and user experience across the business

  • Partner cross-functionally to implement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes

  • Identify and implement best practices to modernize procurement operations at scale



Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Process Excellence, or Analytics

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Change management and transformation expertise

  • Data-driven decision making and problem solving

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously



Preferences:


  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations

  • Background in procurement transformation or digital enablement initiatives

  • Familiarity with Source-to-Pay lifecycle optimization

  • Experience driving user adoption and training program's in procurement, supply chain, or consulting environments

  • Proven experience with process improvement, transformation, or system implementations

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes

  • Experience with procurement or sourcing platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)

  • Ability to work hands-on in both strategic and execution-focused activities



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This position is based in Davidson, NC. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with minimal travel expected.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $115,000-$140000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation
