Clinical Supervisor - PSR - AllHealth Network

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program is an evidence-based service designed to help adults build the social, emotional, and independent living skills needed to live meaningful, self-directed lives.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical oversight, administrative leadership, and staff development to ensure high-quality, compliance, and recovery-oriented care delivery. PSR services focus on strengthening functioning through care coordination, skills training, therapeutic interventions, and connection to community resources. This multidisciplinary, team-based model supports individuals in achieving recovery goals, increasing independence, and improving overall quality of life.


What You'll Do

  • Foster staff development and competency through clinical supervision, coaching, trainings, in-services, and team meetings
  • Monitor documentation and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PSR team, including workflow, caseload management, and service delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and leadership to support operational efficiency and client-centered care
  • Utilize data dashboards to monitor performance, provide feedback, and guide clinical and program outcomes
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure quality service delivery and staff success
  • Respond to clinical emergencies and provide crisis intervention support as needed
  • Integrate recovery-oriented principles into supervision and service delivery, promoting client-centered, strengths-based care
  • Oversee administrative functions including onboarding, performance management, time-off approvals, and staff workload distribution
  • Monitor department productivity and ensure alignment with program goals and organizational initiatives
  • Conduct audits of assessments, care plans, and documentation in collaboration with Quality Improvement and Compliance teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop program strategies that improve efficiency, outcomes, and service delivery
  • Act as a resource for staff and leadership, providing clinical and operational guidance
  • Ensure delivery of billable services and contribute to program sustainability through data-informed decision-making
  • Maintain professional, ethical relationships with community providers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and on-call leadership coverage as needed
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the position


What You Bring

  • Master's degree in a related clinical field required (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
  • Active clinical licensure required: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related clinical experience in behavioral health
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation models, community-based services, and recovery-oriented care
  • Advanced assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to support staff while managing program operations in a dynamic, team-based environment

Position Details:

Full-Time

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)



Compensation:

$77,000 - $85,000 annually

additional $5,000 annually for LAC certification

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
