Position Description Position Title: Donor Engagement and Fundraising Intern Group: Development Location: Remote, USA (excluding New York state) Reports To: Development Specialist Status: Part-time, non-exempt Duration: 3 months (10-20 hours/week) Position Summary: The Donor Engagement and Fundraising Intern will support Winrock International's Development team with donor research, data management, donor profile development, proposal support, and donor-facing communications. The internship requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an independent, engaged self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on experience and develop in-depth knowledge of the international development field. This internship offers meaningful exposure to fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with portfolio and program teams, while supporting efforts to communicate Winrock's mission and impact to external audiences. The pay range for this role is between $21 and $26 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant skills and experience, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
