Inside Sales Representative Philadelphia, PA 19137 \| On-site Monday-Friday \| 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Build relationships. Drive sales. Grow your career. Honor Foods is looking for an energetic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers and internal teams to manage orders, support accounts, solve problems, and help drive sales growth. What You'll Do Support customers and the Outside Sales team with orders, pricing, and account needs Build relationships with current and prospective customers Process orders and manage customer information accurately Communicate inventory updates and recommend substitute products when needed Help resolve delivery, shipment, and customer service issues Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams Assist with reports, quotes, and sales support activities What We're Looking For 2-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or account support experience Foodservice or food distribution experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables preferred Organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused Why Join Honor Foods?
