Job Summary

Join our team as a Radiation Therapy Manager and lead a dynamic group of Radiation Therapists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the radiation treatment program, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

  • ARRT RT(T) certification and Massachusetts RT(T) license required.

  • 5+ years of Radiation Therapy experience, including leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists, supporting performance, engagement, and professional growth.

  • Ensureappropriate staffing, workflow coordination, and patient scheduling across treatment areas.

  • Provide clinical leadership, support complex treatment situations, and promote best practices and standardization of care.

  • Oversee safe and effective use of the EMR and treatment management systems, serving as a resource for staff education and training.

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives andmaintaincompliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including ACR, Joint Commission, and state requirements.

  • Partner with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and operational leaders tooptimizepatient care and departmental performance.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, competency programs, and ongoing staff development.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, and program growth.
