The Director, eCommerce will lead day-to-day store operations while elevating the overall performance, execution quality, and customer experience across artist webstores and e-commerce campaigns. This role blends hands-on store management with team leadership, ensuring products, launches, promotions, inventory, and site updates are executed accurately, on time, and in line with business priorities. The Director will manage a small team responsible for store execution, campaign support, product setup, site merchandising, and operational follow-through. This person will set clear priorities, coach team members, improve ways of working, and partner closely with marketing, creative, inventory, fulfillment, and vendor teams to deliver seamless campaigns and product launches. Success in this role requires a practical operator who can stay close to the details while also building scalable processes, translating performance data into action, and helping the team deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for fans.
