Summary of Job Duties:The Transfer Articulation Specialist plays a critical role in the enrollment and retention of transfer students by evaluating and articulating incoming coursework for college transfer applicants. This position serves as a key liaison between Enrollment Management, Registrar's Office, Academic Departments, and Institutional partners to ensure accurate and timely evaluation of transcripts, maintenance of articulation agreements, and implementation of best practices in transfer credit equivalency. The specialist supports institutional efforts to build seamless pathways for transfer students and contributes to the institution's enrollment growth, student success, and degree completion goals. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

* At least 2-3 years of experience in higher education, preferably in admissions, transfer evaluation, articulation, or student services.

* Demonstrated experience working with student information systems (e.g., Ellucians, Workday Student, Banner, PeopleSoft) and transfer credit systems (e.g., TES, DegreeWorks, CollegeSource, Workday Student).

* Knowledge of FERPA, accreditation standards, and articulation practices and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field.

* Experience working with community colleges or developing articulation agreements.

* Familiarity with statewide transfer frameworks.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing curricula and transcripts.

* Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse student populations, particularly first-generation and non-traditional transfer students.

$45,000 - $52,000
