Join our Human Resources team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly at our Long Beach Headquarters. In this highly collaborative role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions. While you'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional administrative support-ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of service for both the HR team and employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting teams behind the scenes, managing competing priorities, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace experience. You will need to be in the office 5 days/week for this role. How you can make an impact
Assist HR department in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and maintaining HR records.
