What You Will Do as a Special Sew Operator:

  • Assist the Supervisor in the daily activities.
  • Keep workflow and processes in the department.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for our customers.

HOURS: 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required.

You ensure the integrity, durability, and visual perfection of materials, elevating the production line with your specialized skills. You drive value and impact in your role through the following core areas: handling complex materials, maintaining quality standards, operating specialized machinery, and boosting team productivity.

Skills for Success:

  • Sewing experience required.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Must be able to work as a team and be quality-minded.
  • Knowledge of AS/400, MOJO, email, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Associate must have a good attendance record.
  • Associate must be able to multitask.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time.
