Job Summary
The Service Tech I - Controls (entry level) supports diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of building automation and control systems. Responsibilities include performing system inspections, planned maintenance, and basic troubleshooting using hand and power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment. This role completes service contracts and demand calls, begins building customer relationships by clearly explaining work performed, and participates in the on-call rotation. Also responsible for driving a company vehicle, maintaining tools and inventory, and procuring materials per company policies. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Ability to obtain registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications as required for the position. Entry-level position with 0-2 years of experience preferred. Required: Fundamentals of A/C electrical circuits and low voltage D/C electrical circuits and operation.
