Summary: Lead the manufacturing operations team responsible for producing high volumes of cell packs and other repeat components for Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell (MCFC) cell stacks. Ensure production output, quality, yield, and cost targets are met in facility that is rapidly expanding its manufacturing scale. The Cell Pack Manufacturing Manager is a critical position for FuelCell Energy as we scale our production capabilities to meet strong data-center demand. The leader for this position is responsible for a critical part of the fuel cell value stream, and their performance will have a measurable impact on the overall success of the business.
