We are hiring experienced manufacturing professionals for multiple production and operator roles supporting our chemical manufacturing and finishing operations. These positions play a critical role in safely producing high-quality products while maintaining efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Responsibilities may include: Operating and monitoring manufacturing and processing equipment Following SOPs, batch instructions, and production schedules Handling raw materials, chemicals, and finished products safely Performing quality checks, documentation, and production reporting Troubleshooting equipment and process issues Supporting housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Operating forklifts, hoists, and material handling equipment Working collaboratively with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams Qualified candidates typically have: Manufacturing, chemical processing, machine operation, or production experience Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Experience with batch processing, PLC/DCS systems, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus Preferred backgrounds include: Chemical manufacturing Machine operation Industrial production Batch processing Finishing or coating operations Forklift or material handling experience We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. We are seeking experienced industrial maintenance and operations leaders for Electrical Systems Lead and Infrastructure Supervisor opportunities supporting our manufacturing operations. These roles are critical to maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations across production, utilities, electrical systems, and site infrastructure. Responsibilities may include: Leading and supporting electrical, instrumentation, maintenance, and infrastructure operations Troubleshooting and improving industrial electrical, utility, and process control systems Supervising maintenance personnel, electricians, technicians, contractors, and support teams Supporting preventative maintenance, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects Maintaining systems such as motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, boilers, compressed air, water, wastewater, fire protection, and electrical distribution Coordinating maintenance schedules, outages, capital projects, and operational support activities Reviewing schematics, P&IDs, electrical drawings, and technical documentation Driving safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, engineering, EHS, and plant leadership teams Qualified candidates typically have: Experience in industrial manufacturing, utilities, maintenance, or chemical processing environments Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities Leadership or supervisory experience in plant operations or maintenance Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, process controls, PLCs, and industrial utilities Experience with preventative maintenance and reliability programs Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills Preferred backgrounds include: Chemical manufacturing Industrial maintenance and reliability Electrical and instrumentation systems Utilities and infrastructure operations Process manufacturing CMMS/SAP systems Continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives We are looking for safety-focused, hands-on leaders who can support operational reliability, team development, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
