The Opportunity
As Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University launches its second century of aviation and aerospace excellence, we are seeking a highly organized and student-focused professional to join our Flight Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the success of more than 1,200 flight students while ensuring full compliance with FAA Part 141 regulations and university standards. The Flight Records and Operations Coordinator serves as a key connection point between Flight Operations, Scheduling, and the Office of the Registrar to help maintain seamless student progression from enrollment through certification. This position combines records management, operational coordination, compliance oversight, and student support to ensure accurate training documentation, efficient scheduling alignment, and exceptional service throughout the student flight training experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment, values precision and accountability, and is passionate about supporting future aviation professionals as they progress toward their goals.
