Description EwingCole is a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm with offices across the country. Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our Irvine office. The Senior Project Manager takes the lead role supervising the staff, establishing the workflow and acting as a consistent point of client contact for projects. This person has the ability to work independently on large and complex projects to establish project schedules and budgets and coordinate the efforts of both internal and external members of the team. The Senior Project Manager has a unique talent and ability to develop client relationships and interact with clients and employees to resolve complex issues and facilitate difficult conversations by balancing all aspects of office and project concerns. This position is responsible for understanding the capabilities of teammates and aligning those abilities with efforts to best meet project goals. The understanding of a wide variety of construction industry related issues and the ability to manage project resources to provide a high level of client satisfaction through quality design and cost consciousness with efficiency is essential.
