JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Patient Solutions Innovation Hub who is visionary, strategic, and results-driven to join our Patient Solutions team, based at Slough, UK (Windlesham, Surrey 2027), Braine l'Allude or Boston US. About the role You will lead high-impact innovation initiatives that push beyond traditional boundaries, translating ideas into scalable digital solutions. In this role, you will de-risk early-stage innovation through rapid validation, ensuring that only high-potential concepts progress. You will define and shape the Innovation Lab, driving meaningful outcomes by accelerating the journey from idea to implementation and embedding innovation into business-as-usual or external partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Patient Solutions innovation. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change, accelerate digital innovation, and deliver tangible impact for patients by bringing new ideas to life and scaling what works. Who you'll work with You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Patient Solutions, digital and business teams, as well as external partners. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align innovation initiatives with strategic priorities and ensure successful scaling of validated solutions. What you'll do
