This position is an important part of the company's financial and analysis activities:
- Design, develop and maintain daily / weekly / monthly processes that pull data from various systems, both internal and external, and loads into the Finance operational data store
- Develop tools and processes related to financial reporting, planning, scenario and sensitivity analysis and strategic financial projections
- Assist the Financial Systems Manager and business directors in understanding the company's performance through timely and insightful analysis
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage system tools to collect, analyze data and develop various models in support of financial projections and other operational performance trends
- Prepare detail pricing analyses using automated tools (SQL, PowerQuery, Power Bi, etc.) to extract data from the system, manipulating, summarizing and analyzing results for executive and senior management review
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the Finance department to enhance efficiency
- Perform ETL functions in a data warehousing environment
- Design, build and deploy effective SSIS packages
- Translate requirements from the business and various Finance teams into technical code
- UAT latest developments by IT team to ensure compliance with expectations
- Identify and test for bugs and bottlenecks in the ETL solution
- Acts as a business partner on various financial analyses by bringing in business and technical expertise
- Other ad-hoc analyses as required or requested by management
- Strong technical skills required
- Advance skills on MS Office applications
- Advance Excel experience required (PowerQuery, Advance formulas, e.g., vlookup, sumif, indirect, index, etc.)
- Visual Studio, SSIS exposure for management of data flows
- SQL/DAX experience for use in pulling data and developing reporting
- Demonstrated advanced SQL coding skills as the main mechanism for data extraction and transformation
- Experience designing and building complete ETL/SSIS processes using Visual Studio
- Proficient in how to deploy to and debug a production SSIS environment
- Experience in the identification of data quality
- Experience on Tableau, Power Query, Power BI and other data analytics tool is desirable
- Ability to understand and modify complex spreadsheets and datasets
- Experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting (Healthcare industry experience a plus) preferred
- Aptitude for problem solving with strong analytical thinking ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or equivalent, required
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
