Job Summary

Develops and delivers People & Culture (P&C) communications to support team member engagement and understanding of policies. Ensures alignment of messaging with organizational goals and culture. Collaborates with stakeholders to create clear and effective internal communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers day-to-day communication initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and company messaging.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex communication challenges, offering solutions that improve message clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Applies knowledge of industry communication trends to ensure all materials are relevant and resonate with the intended audience.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the distribution of communication materials and manage expectations.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex communication projects, from content creation to delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Develops somewhat complex communication strategies, including social media posts, newsletters, and internal memos, aligned with company objectives.
  • Supports strategic and day-yo-day utilization of communication technologies, identifying areas for continued growth and engagement.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of communication campaigns, gathering data to report on key performance metrics and make improvements.
  • Implements updates to the company's communication platforms and channels, ensuring consistency in the brand's voice.
  • Recommends improvements to communication strategies and methods based on audience feedback and internal reviews.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
