Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Location(s): Brisbane, CA
(Hybrid: onsite 1-2 times a month)

Job Duties:

  • Call Center support for Ambulatory Clinical Home Teams.
  • Approximately 50+ calls per day.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent with four years of related experience; OR
  • College degree with 6 months of related experience; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information:

  • Non-APeX trained candidates are accepted.
  • APeX training preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite onboarding required.
  • Shift timing will be either:
    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (TBD)
  • No weekends required.
