Job Description: As a Talent Management Operations Lead, you'll move Pacific Life-and your career-forward by serving as a key operational partner across the Talent Management function. You will lead and enhance core processes that support planning, prioritization, governance, reporting and analytics, and program execution across Talent Development, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Development & Change. This role brings strong process management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional coordination to help Talent Management deliver high-quality, data-informed outcomes at scale. Sitting within the People Experience (PX) organization, this individual contributor role helps enable an efficient, well-executed enterprise-wide talent management portfolio. This position will be onsite in either the Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC office. How you'll help us move forward:
- Lead key operational processes across the Talent Management function, helping drive consistent planning, coordination, and execution at scale across OD/Change, Talent Enablement, and Talent Development.
- Design and maintain Talent Management operating processes, governance routines, roadmaps, and delivery plans, including annual planning, intake, prioritization, resourcing, milestones, and delivery calendar.
- Assess and forecast program volumes, enrollment demand, cohort sizing, and capacity needs, proposing aligned delivery models, resources, and budgets accordingly.
- Partner with Program Managers and Talent Management Leadership Team to plan, track, and execute talent programs endtoend, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Manage program enrollment and nomination methodologies, including open enrollment and nominationbased approaches
- Coordinate talent data, analytics, and reporting, providing integrated visibility into program activities, enrollments, completions, portfolio health and outcome metrics (i.e. development programs, employee engagement, performance and talent processes).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, executive level summaries and presentations that provide visibility into program activity, progress, and outcomes for PX and business stakeholders.
- Track and report on Talent Management budget, spend, and utilization trends, highlighting risks and insights to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through process design, platforms, automation, and AIenabled solutions, continuously strengthening how Talent work gets done.
- Support the development of overall marketing and engagement materials across Talent Management
- Help to facilitate key strategic initiatives across Talent Management
- Partner across PX (i.e. people analytics, communications, etc.)
The experience you bring:
- Strong consultative and cross-functional partnership skills and ability
- Strong program and operational management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience with project management, data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding in a people or talent context.
- Demonstrated success improving processes, reporting, or operational effectiveness
- Ability to use data and insights to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent operations, people analytics, HR program management, or business operations.

#LI-SD Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$137,610.00 - $168,190.00
