As Global Labelling Manager, Content (Neuroscience), you will play a pivotal role in developing clear, accurate, and compliant product labelling that supports innovative neuroscience medicines across global markets. Working at the intersection of science, regulation, and strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional experts to translate complex clinical and safety data into impactful product information, helping ensure that patients have access to trusted medicines while driving excellence in global labelling practices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and maintenance of global labelling documents for assigned neuroscience products.

  • Prepare high-quality labelling content aligned with global regulatory requirements and product strategy.

  • Facilitate cross-functional labelling discussions and drive alignment on content decisions and implementation plans.

  • Evaluate clinical, safety and competitor data to support evidence-based labelling updates.

  • Support responses to Health Authority enquiries with accurate, well-documented labelling information.

  • Ensure timely implementation of approved labelling changes across global and major market labels.

  • Maintain robust documentation, traceability and version control to support audit readiness and compliance.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience developing, reviewing or maintaining regulatory or labelling content for medicinal products.

  • Strong understanding of global labelling principles and major market labelling requirements.

  • Ability to interpret clinical and safety data and translate findings into clear product information.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance and documentation accuracy.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 56,511 to 104,949

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
