As a Hospitalist at MedStar Franklin Square, you are the cornerstone of a Level III Obstetrical Unit and Level III NICU that manages over 2,200 deliveries annually. You will lead a collaborative team in a Magnet-recognized, Baby-Friendly hospital that prioritizes both patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.

Comprehensive Support for the Provider:

• Sub-Specialty Safety Net: Practice with confidence knowing you have 24-hour MFM and Gyn Oncology support for complex surgical and high-risk obstetric cases.
• Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside a highly skilled Midwifery team and a robust OB Hospitalist cohort, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
• Advanced Onsite Resources: Access to a two-story surgical pavilion, a dedicated gender affirmation center, and specialized neurovascular/stroke centers.
• Administrative Freedom: Focus on clinical excellence while our Physician Concierge and Wellness Center handle the logistical and personal stressors of a busy medical career.

We offer a predictable, sustainable schedule designed for those who value both intense clinical engagement and significant time off.

• Schedule: 14 (12-hour) shifts per month (totaling 2,016 hours/year).
• Incentives: Competitive opportunities for additional shifts and productivity-based bonuses.
• Scope: Manage high-risk/low-risk labor and delivery, fetal assessment, and emergency gynecological care.

Compensation & Premier Benefits

• Salary Range: $302,400 - $357,650
