At Utz Quality Foods, we're looking for a driven and energetic Warehouse Manager to take charge of operations at our Rice Distribution Center in Hanover, PA. In this leadership role, you'll be the key to keeping our inbound and outbound activities running smoothly - from receiving and storage to order fulfillment and shipping.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM

Responsibilities:




  • Lead daily warehouse operations, including inbound (receiving, put-away, replenishment) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping).



  • Supervise, train, and evaluate team members to meet operational standards.



  • Act as liaison with cross-functional teams during meetings and planning sessions.



  • Monitor inventory accuracy, product rotation, and space utilization.



  • Conduct root cause analysis on process issues and implement improvements.



  • Address procedural and personnel matters to support smooth RDC operations.



  • Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse safety standards.



  • Provide coverage for Managers or Supervisors as needed.



  • Perform other duties as assigned.




Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing teams.



  • Knowledge of warehouse systems, distribution principles, and inventory management.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.



  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.



  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally; warehouse environment experience preferred.
