SUMMARY: The Senior Program Analyst will work directly with the Government personnel in meeting the technical needs of the project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists project/test leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively. * Adjusts project/test schedules and targets on the project as needs or budgets change. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE: * BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Technical Management, or a related field from an accredited college or equivalent experience. (Degree may be used in lieu of 4 years of work experience). WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE: DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
