Days 8:00am-4:30PM

Education
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Some college preferred.

Experience
* HIM/Medical Records: Minimum 1 year in HIM/medical records or related fields
* Medical Record Regulatory Requirements: Working Knowledge Required
* Analytical Skills: Intermediate required
* Problem Solving Skills: Intermediate required
* Data Analysis Skills: Basic required
* Research Skills: Basic required
* Computer Skills: Intermediate required
* Microsoft Office: Working knowledge required
* Knowledge of the Health Record: Working knowledge required
* Medical Terminology: Preferred
* EHR Terminology: Basic Required
* Scanning Documents: Preferred
* Coding/Billing Knowledge: N/A
* Preferred Licensure: RHIT or RHIA
* Preferred HIM Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an acute care medical records department; Minimum 1 year experience in ROI or Analysis role in an acute care setting
