This is an unparalleled opportunity for an exceptional leader to pioneer and establish a brand-new internal media capability. You will build from the ground up, defining the strategy, infrastructure, and team that will drive unparalleled performance for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your vision and hands-on expertise will be instrumental in establishing this new vertical, making a tangible and immediate impact on the agency's growth and market presence.

What You'll Do:



  • Architect and implement the digital paid media tools, infrastructure, and platform frameworks necessary to establish a new digital media department.
  • Take immediate ownership of existing B2C accounts, managing day-to-day operations and serving as the primary strategic voice for paid media in client engagements.
  • Oversee and expand experimentation across multi-channel campaigns, including Paid Social, Paid Digital, and Streaming Media.
  • Drive performance-focused programming, optimizing for conversions and budget efficiency, and resolving complex backend attribution tracking challenges.
  • Actively pursue new paid media client business, participate in RFPs/pitches, and scale revenue to support the growth of your future team.


Required Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in digital paid media planning, buying, and strategy, coupled with a hands-on, startup mentality.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with a track record of building new industry relationships and participating in RFPs.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), demonstrating strong soft skills and situational awareness to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative team culture.
  • A highly analytical problem solver, capable of demonstrating true ownership of campaign performance and articulating how past challenges were transformed into successes.
  • Comfortable managing budgets for small to medium-sized business clients.
