Job Title: Workday Talent Management and Planning Consultant

Location(s): Philadelphia, PA

Job Description:
We are looking for a Workday Consultant with expertise in Workday Talent Management, Talent Optimization, Succession Planning, and hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday environment while ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with Workday HCM systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Talent Optimization Consultant.
  • Workday Talent Optimization and Succession Planning Certification preferred.
  • Experience applying Workday Implementation Methodology across implementation and Phase X projects.
Secondary Skills:
  • Expertise in Workday Talent Management and Talent Optimization.
  • Experience configuring talent management features, talent pools, career development tools, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of competency and skills frameworks to support business continuity and workforce planning.
  • Ability to develop talent strategies that support future business needs.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on industry standards and Workday best practices.
  • Experience leading and participating in system testing, including data validation, regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Workday releases and updates, with the ability to recommend enhancements and process improvements.
  • Experience supporting project planning, implementation, and successful delivery of Workday solutions.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, configurations, test plans, and support materials.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing priorities independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive HR information.
  • Strong change management skills with awareness of impacts on technology, business processes, and systems.
