JOB DESCRIPTION

The LA Kings areseekingpositive and enthusiastic individuals motivated to begin their careers in sports. Each Fan Service Associateis responsible forassistingthe LA Kings Ticket Sales and Service/Community Relations and Kings Care Foundation staff with game dayresponsibilities, andsupporting the departments with day-to-day needs in office. The Fan Service Associate position will begin inAugustand continue for the entire 2026-27regular season ending in April. Post/off-season hours may be scheduled on a case-by-case basis as needed. This is a part-time, seasonal position that requiresa high levelofflexibility. Associates must be available toworkall homegames-including nights andweekends-as well as support regularly scheduled in-office needs throughout the season.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties include but are not limited to:

Executing game night responsibilities on behalf of and in conjunction with the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation all home games



  • Preparing game night areas,materialsand auction items


  • Fulfilling pre-,in-gameand post-gameactivations and experiences


  • Providing service support at Ticket Sales and Service and Kings Care Foundation concourse booths


  • Assistingwith game nightspecial eventsand needs, including those supporting other departments


Supporting the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation in office



  • Owning game night preparations and post-game duties


  • Organizing andmaintainingstorage areas and shared workspaces


  • Executing administrative duties, specialprojectsand other assignments as necessary


Assistingin the preparation of and at all major LA Kings and Kings Care Foundation events



  • To include: LA Kings 5K, Kings Care Foundation Golf Tournament, LA Kings Festival, State of the Franchise, Season Ticket Member events, community events, and others


SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY:

The individual mustpossessthe following abilities,skillsand knowledge, and be able to explain anddemonstratethat he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:



  • Take initiative and uphold a self-motivated, proactive work ethic


  • Follow specificdirectionand use best judgement as necessary


Payscale: $19.00

Bonus:This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
