Coordinate elevator services, ensure compliance, and keep critical operations running across a multi-site environment. Be You. Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of elevator maintenance and repair services across Duke Health facilities. Serve as the primary liaison with contracted elevator service vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity. Provide operational support to the Supervisor and serve as acting lead in their absence. Periodic scheduled after-hours work is required. Work Arrangement - On-site DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES Experience/Training in healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with elevators, building systems, or regulated equipment preferred. Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors or service vendors in a healthcare or complex facilities environment preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - Work requires an educational background normally equivalent to a high school diploma. Technical training or coursework in a mechanical, electrical, or facilities-related field preferred. State of NC contractor's license in a specific trade may be required or preferred. Experience - 4 years of experience in facilities operations, skilled trades coordination, or vendor/contract management. (Minimum of four years maintenance and repair experience related to the specific equipment or four years of trades experience with at least one year related experience.) Be Bold.
