Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team to keep our customers moving. In this leadership role, you will coordinate with your maintenance employees to ensure that any repair, maintenance, and cleaning operations are completed across our fleet.

Note: Availability for all shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays required

*Leadership role eligible for annual 10% bonus.*

Oversee the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop
• Assign, prioritize, and track preventive maintenance (PM) and mechanical repairs for motor coaches using a Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs while monitoring progress and quality
• Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians.
• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed.
• Sustains operationally critical reports, key performance indicators & maintenance records of equipment and personnel performance
• Ensure buses are safe, clean & reliable ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing customer experience
• Enforce shop safety guidelines ensuring all shop personnel wear the proper PPE, adhere to the approved work methods & LOTO protocols at all times
• Schedules vehicle cleaning, detailing, and sanitization duties

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on diesel/coach repair experience, with 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to do Shift Work (For all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong computer proficiency, including daily use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• HS Diploma or GED
