Are you a motivated healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams? MaineHealth Dermatology is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy outpatient dermatology practice in Portland.

In this role, you'll partner with providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and practice growth. What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy multi-provider dermatology practice
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster a culture of exceptional patient service and employee engagement
• Partner with providers to optimize workflows, access, and patient satisfaction
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
