Primary location:Johnstown,Ohio The estimated base salary range for this role is $102,460.00 - $150,000 per year. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions of the plant operation. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive revenue growth, optimize manufacturing performance, and maximize return on investment. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, capital investment analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. As a member of the plant leadership team, the Finance Manager is expected to maintain a visible and consistent presence on the plant floor, participating in daily gemba walks to observe operations, engage with employees, and connect financial metrics to operational performance. The Finance Manager reports to the Manager of AS Metal Ops Finance with a strong dotted line to the plant leadership team. This position may manage a Staff Accountant. What's in it for you

The employee must be able to navigate uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and access elevated platforms or mezzanines as needed to observe operations. The employee may occasionally lift and move office items such as files, laptops, or supplies weighing up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. 1. Office Environment - A significant portion of this position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. No PPE is required for office work. 2. Plant Environment (Regular Daily Presence) - As a member of the plant leadership team, this position requires regular daily presence on the manufacturing floor for gemba walks, leadership meetings, and operational collaboration. During plant floor time, the employee will be subject to varying temperatures (extreme cold and hot), uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles, intermittent loud noises, and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE during all plant floor activities includes: safety glasses and steel-toe/composite boots, and arm sleeves. Earplugs and gloves may be required depending on the situation and area visited. Qualifications
